  • Are witnesses required during notarization?

    Some documents require one or more witnesses during notarization. We will inform you if witnesses are necessary and can often provide them upon request.
  • How should I prepare for a loan signing appointment?

    Review all loan documents carefully before the appointment (if you get  them mailed to you). Bring your ID and any required supporting paperwork.( we will go over the specifics before our appointment. AVOID signing any documents prior to the meeting unless directed.
